Your order usually ships within 1 business day from our warehouse in Toronto, Ontario. We ship using UPS, Canpar, or Purolator depending on the order.

We offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more before taxes. However, please note that there may be shipping costs when shipping to certain parts of Canada.
