Where are you located?
We’re proud to be a Canadian business! Our warehouse is located in Toronto, Ontario, where we process and ship all of our orders.
Are there any coupon codes available?
We pride ourselves on offering the lowest prices in the industry for the quality of our products. Occasionally, we do provide additional discounts on select items. To stay in the loop about any upcoming promotions and special offers, be sure to sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the page!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order typically ships within 1 business day from our warehouse in Toronto. We ship using UPS, Canpar, or Purolator, depending on your order.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
How much are shipping costs?
Free shipping is available on orders of $75 or more before taxes. Please note that shipping costs may apply for certain remote areas in Canada. If you have any questions about shipping to your location, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
What if I need to modify my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. However, if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it so you can place a new order. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
Do you store credit card information?
No, we do not store your credit card information. All payments are processed using our secure payment gateway, ensuring your data remain safe.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
If you’d like to ship to a different address than your billing address, simply select the “Ship to a different address?” option at the bottom of the checkout order form.
If your order has already been placed and hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to update your address before shipping.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Orders may only be cancelled prior to creation of shipping label. Please contact us via email at [email protected] to request cancellation.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
At this time, we are only able to ship within Canada.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
Do you charge in CAD dollar?
Yes. All orders are processed in Canadian dollars.
